Kredi ve Yurtlar Kurumunda kalan öğrencilerin memnuniyet derecelerinin lojistik regresyon yöntemi ile araştırılması: Edirne İli örneği

| dc.description.abstract | Yurtkur, yüksek öğrenim gören öğrencilere kredi ve burs vermek, yurtlar yaptırmak ve yurt işletmesini sağlamak sureti ile Türk gençlerinin yüksek öğrenimlerini, sosyal ve kültürel gelişimlerini kolaylaştırmak amacı ile kurulmuştur. Öğrencilerin, odaların kalabalık olmasından, yurtların fiziki yapısından, beslenme hizmetlerinden, yurt kurallarından, idareci öğrenci ilişkilerinden, arkadaş ilişkilerinden ve ekonomik zorluklardan kaynaklanan problemlerinin bulunduğu bilinmektedir. Bu problemler öğrencilerin yurt hizmetlerinden memnuniyetini de etkilemektedir. Bu çalışma; Selimiye Öğrenci Yurdundaki öğrencilerin beklentisi ve memnuniyet derecelerini ortaya koymayı amaçlamaktadır. Bu amaçla 41 sorudan oluşan bir anket uygulanmıştır ve 292 öğrenciye doldurtulan anket soruları İkili Lojistik Regresyon yöntemi ile SPSS 16 programı kullanılarak öğrencilerin memnuniyet dereceleri analiz edilmiştir. Analiz sonucunda, öğrenci memnuniyetinin yurdun beslenme hizmetleri, yurt kuralları ve yurdun fiziki koşulları ile doğru orantılı olduğu ve Selimiye Öğrenci Yurdundaki öğrencilerin genel anlamda yurttan memnun olduğu ortaya çıkmıştır. | dc.description.abstract | Yurtkur was established with the aim of facilitate the higher education and, social and cultural development of young Turks by give loans and scholarships, make dormitories and provide the operation of dormitory. It is known that, student have some problems which is arise from physical structure of the dormitories, nurition services, dormitory rules, management and students relationships, friend relationships and economic difficulties. These problems also affect students' satisfaction in the services of the dormitory. In this study; our purpose is to clarify the students expectation and satisfaction level, resident in Selimiye Student Dormitory. So that a poll consist of 41 question has been taken and the poll has been filled by 292 students. It has been attempted to measure the students satisfaction level by using Binary Logistic Regression with statistical package for sociel sciences 16 (SPSS 16) program. As a result of the analyses, it has been determined that student satisfaction is directly proportional to the nurition services, dormitory rules and physical conditions of dormitory and the students resident in Selimiye Student Dormitory are satisfied in generally. In addition, in the survey some suggestions have been presented for dormitory management what they need to do, to provide the students satisfaction. | en_US |
