| dc.description.abstract | 19. yüzyıl Osmanlı Devleti adına bir dönüm noktası olmuştur. Devleti idare edenler tarafından ülke içinde yaşayan azınlıkları memnun etmek ve merkezi otoriteyi kuvvetlendirmek için bir takım yenilikler yapılmıştır. 1826 Yeniçeri Ocağı' nın kaldırılması, 1839 Tanzimat Fermanı ve 1856 Islahat Fermanı yapılan yeniliklerin en önemlileridir. Yapılan bu yenilikler muhalif hareketler de doğurmuştur. 19. yüzyılın ikinci yarısında Tanzimat dönemine karşı ilk büyük tepki "Kuleli Vak'ası" olmuştur. Çalışmamızda 19. yüzyıl Osmanlı tarihine iz bırakmış bir muhalefet hareketi olan Kuleli Vak'ası ele alınmıştır. | en_US |

| dc.description.abstract | 19th century was a milestone for the Ottaman Empire. A number of innovations were made by the apparatus. of the government in order to please theminorities living in the country and to strengthen the central authority. 1826 the cancellation of the Guild of Janissaries, 1839 rescript of Gülhane and 1856 Edict of Reform were the most important changes made. These innovations brought about some opposing movements as well. In the second half of the 19th century there emerged the first dramatic reaction -the Kuleli Affair- against the Tanzimat Reform Era. In our study, the Kuleli Affair which was an opposing movement that left a trace on the 19th century Ottoman history isdiscussed. | en_US |
