Symptomatological, biological and serological detection of grapevine viruses in some grape varieties grown in Thrace Region

| dc.description.abstract | Bu çalışmada bazı bağ virüs hastalıklarının arazideki bitkilerde oluşturdukları simptomlar gözlenmiş ve bu infeksiyonlara neden olan virüsler tespit edilmiştir. ELISA testleri sonucunda GLRaV-1, GLRaV-2, GLRaV-3, GLRaV-7, GVA, GFkV, ArMV ve GFLV tespit edilmiştir. Vitis vinifera ev. Cabernet sauvignon kullanılarak ta inclekslencn bitkilerde GLRaVs infeksiyonunun varlığı tespit edilmiştir. Hem ELISA hem de biyolojik indckslcmc GLRaV infeksiyonlarmı belirlemek amacıyla kullamlabilmiş ve her iki mctod arasında bir uyum olduğu bulunmuştur. Test edilen 30 bitkide en yaygın virüsün GLRaV-3 okluğu belirlenmiştir. | en_US |
