Özet
Trakya Üniversitesi Sağlık Araştırma ve Uygulama Merkezi Acil servisine başvurup subaraknoid kanama tespit edilen hastaların demografik verilerini araştırdık. 1 Kasım 2011 – 3 Kasım 2016 tarihleri arasında acil servisimize başvuran subaraknoid kanama tespit edilen hastalar geriye dönük olarak hastane otomasyon sistemi ve hasta dosyalarından incelendi. Toplamda çalışmaya alınma kriterlerine uygun 67 vaka kaydına ulaşıldı. Çalışmaya dahil edilen hastalar cinsiyet, yaş, olguların mevsimlere göre dağılımı, olguların acile başvuru tipleri, olguların acil servis vital ve muayene bulguları, olguların etkilenen beyin bölgeleri, olguların laboratuar değerleri, taburculuk-yatış durumu, mortalite durumları incelendi. Elde edilen veriler istatistiksel olarak değerlendirildi. Hastaların %52,2’si erkekti. Hastaların yaş ortalaması 55,82±14,74 yıl olarak bulundu. Hastaların yaklaşık üçte birinde bilinç değişikliği, %82,1’inde baş ağrısı şikayetleri mevcuttu. Hastaların %80,3’ünün antikoougülan, %27,7’ünün sigara, %6,2’sinin alkol kullandığı tespit edildi. Hastaların yarısından fazlasında muayene bulguları yoktu. C-reaktif protein, lökosit, nötrofil ve lenfosit oranları artmış bulundu, fakat Na, K ve Cl değerleri normal bulundu. Hastaların %89,6’sı hastanemize ambulans ile getirilmiş, %85,1’i tedavileri tamamlandıktan sonra hastnemizden taburcu edildiği görüldü. Hastalar arasında mortalite oranı %3 bulundu. Çalışmamıza benzer literatürde kapsamlı bir çalışma bulunamadı. Tek tek parametreler incelendiğinde çalışmamız literatürle bazı parametrelerde benzer bazı parametrelerde ise farklı bulundu. Bu konuda yapılacak çalışmaların literatüre katkı sağlayacağı, çalışma yaptığımız konuya ise açıklık getireceğine inanmaktayız.
abstract
We resarched demographic datas about subarachnoid hemorrhage patients who applied Trakya University Health Research and Application Center Emergency department. Patients with subarachnoid hemorrhage referred to our emergency department between November 1, 2011 - November 3, 2016 were retrospectively reviewed from the hospital automation system and patient files. 67 patients were registered in accordance with criteria for taking the study. Emergency department vital and examination findings, affected brain regions, laboratory values of cases, discharge-hospitalization status, mortality cases were investigated for the patients included in the study, sex, age, distribution of the cases according to the seasons, The obtained data were evaluated statistically. In this study % 52,2 of the patients were male. The mean age of the patients was 55,82 ± 14,74 years. About three-quarters of the patients had consciousness change and %82.1 had headache complaints. %80,3 of patients used anticoagulants, %27,7 of patients used cigarettes and %6.2 of them used alcohol. Most of patients don't have any examination findings. C-reactive protein, leukocyte, neutrophil and lymphocyte counts were increased but Na, K and Cl values were normal. %89,6 of the patients had ambulance , % 85,1were discharged from our hospital after the treatment was completed, and the mortality rate among the patients was found to be %3. There is no simliar study like our work in literature. When we examined the individual parameters, we found that our study was different in some parameters of literature and some of similar parameters. We believe that the work to be done in this regard will contribute to the literature and the subject we are working on will be clarified.
