It was observed that technological tool and computer-aided music education were more successful than technology-less music education. The duration of the research and the activity related to the test of the effectiveness of the classical guitar training method with technological tools and computers are limited to the aim of achieving 6 hours of 12 hours of basic music education and producing monaural repertoire. 10 guitar playing exercises and bona / solfege reading exercises constituted the basic music and guitar education curriculum aimed at gaining students in the research process. Ten pieces of guitar and bona / solfege paper were told during the lesson and the next week was told to the students as to the subject, playing and reading. During these assignments, each student was given a classical guitar performance test for each assignment and was graded by testing how well the task was accomplished. The construct validity was tested by factor analysis with SPSS. The KMO and Bartlett's Test result is 0.882, which provides a good level of accuracy. Reliability of the scale was assessed by Cornbach's Alpa analysis, with 0.903 data reaching a highly reliable result. While producing methods, curriculum, scale, video and forms, scorer / observer help was obtained from three different academicians. Images and figures used in the method were found anonymously from the internet. Since the content could not be reached, its source could not be specified. The classical guitar performance test determined the student achievement score for each student after ten assignments and the group achievement average for group students. Thus, the success difference between the two groups was obtained by mathematical function points and percentages, statistically by SPSS program and Mann whitheyu test, and 95%(P<0,05) for the experimental group (Zh = -8.610 <Zt = -1.96) a significant difference was observed.
