Veri toplama araçları olarak; kişisel bilgi formu, bireyselleştirilmiş bakım ve Newcastle hemşirelik bakımından memnuniyet ölçeği kullanıldı. Verilerin istatistiksel analizinde, sayı, yüzde, ortalama, varyans analizi, t testi ve ölçek skorlarıyla niceliksel değişkenler arasındaki ilişkilerin incelenmesinde Spearman korelasyon analizi kullanılmıştır. p<0.005 değeri istatistiksel olarak anlamlı olarak kabul edilmiştir
Abstract
This cross-sectional, descriptive study was performed to determine the perception of individualized care and satisfaction of nursing care of the patients undergone orthopedic surgery. It was performed as a study with 156 patients, between 01.09.2009 and 30.05.2010, in Trakya University Health Research and Application Center Orthopedics and Traumatology Department and Istanbul University Cerrahpasa Medical Faculty Hospital Orthopedics and Traumatology Department. Data were collected by Personal Information Form, Individualized Care Scale and Newcastle Satisfaction with Nursing Care Scale. In statistical analysis of the data, frequencies, percentage, mean, variance analysis, t test and correlation to assess the relationships between scale scores and quantitative variables were used. p<0.05 value was considered as statistically significant. The mean age of the patients was 48.87±19.29, it was established that %57,7 of the patients was female, %55.8 of them primary and secondary graduates, %63.5 was married, %71.2 of them wasn’t working, %94.2 of them had health insurance and patients hospitalized 17.71±23.01 days.
