Özet
Sağlık krizi olarak gelişen Covid 19 pandemisi eşzamanlı olarak ekonomi, eğitim, ticaret ve turizm gibi sektörler ve toplumsal yaşam üzerinde köklü değişime neden olmuştur. Covid-19 ‘un yarattığı değişimler ile bireylerin alışkanlıkları, yaşam biçimleri ve sosyal hayatı dönüşüme uğrayarak çevrimiçi ortama evrilmiş ve dijital bir çağ ortaya çıkarmıştır. Dijitalleşmenin ekonomiye ve kalkınmaya yansıması büyük önem taşımaktadır. Covid-19 pandemisinin toplumlar üzerinde olumsuz yansımaları yoğun olmakla birlikte krizin hızlandırdığı dijitalleşme süreci kalkınmanın önemli bir unsuru haline gelmiştir. Çalışmanın amacı Covid-19 sürecinin sebep olduğu küresel zorluklar ile artan dijitalleşmenin oluşturduğu fırsatları kavramsal çerçevede ele alarak kalkınmaya etkisinin incelenmesidir. Çalışma literatürde dijitalleşme, kalkınma ve Covid-19 konularını birlikte içeren araştırma eğilimlerini belirlemeye odaklanmıştır. Çalışmada sağlık, eğitim ve ekonomi odaklı durumlar İnsani Kalkınma Endeksi (HDI) referans kabul edilerek kalkınma açısından ele alınmıştır. Analizde "MAXQDA Analytics Pro 2022” paket programı ile ikincil veriler kullanılarak doküman incelemesi yapılmış ve nitel araştırma yöntemlerinden bibliyometrik analiz yöntemi ile çözümlenmiştir. Çalışmanın evrenini covid, digitelleşme ve kalkınma konularını kapsayan 105 makale oluşturmaktadır. Örneklemde incelenen makaleler konularına göre kod alanlarına ayrıştırılarak kod haritaları ile görselleştirilmiştir. Araştırma bulgularına göre Covid 19 sürecinde kalkınma odaklı en büyük etkileşim ekonomi alanında tespit edilmiştir. Çalışma, Covid-19 sürecini dijital dönüşüm ve kalkınma konuları ile ilişkilendirerek literatürdeki güncel durumu ve eğilimleri göstermek, gelecekteki çalışmaların hangi alanlarda yapılabileceğine dair araştırmacılara öneriler sunarak açısından önem arz etmektedir.
The Covid 19 pandemic, which occured as a health crisis, simultaneously caused radical changes in sectors such as economy, education, trade and tourism. With the changes caused by Covid-19, the habits, lifestyles and social life of individuals have been transformed, evolving into the online and creating a digital age. The reflection of digitalization on economy and development has great importance. Although the negative reflections of the Covid-19 pandemic on societies are intense, the digitalization process accelerated by the crisis has become an important element of development. The aim of the study is to examine the impact on development by considering the global challenges caused by the Covid-19 process and the opportunities created by increasing digitalization in a conceptual framework. The study also focused to determine the research trends in the literature that include digitalization, development and Covid-19 issues together. In the study, health, education and economy-oriented situations are discussed in terms of development by taking reference of the Human Development Index (HDI). In the analysis, one of the qualitative research methods of document review was made using secondary data with the "MAXQDA Analytics Pro 2022" program and analyzed by bibliometric analysis method. The sample of the study consists of 105 articles covering covid, digitization and development. According to the research findings, the biggest development-oriented interaction in the Covid 19 process was determined in the field of economics. The study is important in terms of showing the current situation and trends in the literature by associating the Covid-19 process with digital transformation and development issues, and by offering suggestions to researchers on which areas to work in the future.
