Özet
The purpose of this study is to reveal the functioning of the Capital Markets Board rating activities and analyze their effects on our country's economy. At the same time, by taking into account the COVID-19 epidemic, which has been on the agenda all over the world obviously, it is aimed to evaluate the processes of rating activities and their effects on the world market, especially on our country. In a way, under the shadow of the pandemic, by taking the Rating Agencies are under the scrutiny, our article has been shaped within the framework of revealing the predicted economic consequences during and after the epidemic period. © 2021, The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd.
