Erzurum İl Sınırları İçinde Kalan Aras Nehri Köpüklerinin Akuatik Hyphomycetes Florası Üzerine Bir Araştırma

dc.description.abstractAraştırmada Erzurum ili idari sınırları içerisinde kalan Aras nehrinde meydana gelen su anaforlarında biriken köpüklerdeki akuatik hyphomycetes incelenmiştir. Araştırma alanında köpük oluşumu açısında uygun olan 4 örnek alma istasyonundan toplam 41 köpük örneği toplanmıştır. Bu örneklerden ll cins ve bu cinslere ait 15 farklı akuatik hyphomycetes taksonu elde edilmiştir. Araştırmada rastlanan en yaygın türler Tetracladium marclıalianum ve Articulospora proliferata'dır. Köpük örneklerinde bunlardan başka diğer yaygın taksonlar, sırasıyla, Alataspara sp., Heliscus lugdunensis, Anguillospora longissima, Anguillospora sp. 2, Anguillospora sp. 1 ve Lemonniera aquatica'dır. Elde edilen taksonlar genellikle kozmopolit veya soğuk ve ılıman iklimlerde yaygın olan cins ve türlerdir.en_US
dc.description.abstractAquatic hyphomycetes accumulated in foams of whirlpools on Aras river within Erzurum province were investigated. Four sampling station were selected on the river and its branches as four for foam samples. From these stations total 41 foam samples were collected. From these samples 15 different taxa belonging to 11 genera of aquatic hyphomycetes fungi were obtained. The most comrnon species encountered in the samples were Tetracladium marchalianum and Articulospora proliferata. In foam samples, the next common taxa were Alataspara sp., Heliscus lugdunensis, Anguillospora longissima, Anguillospora sp. 2, Anguillospora sp. 1, Lemonniera aquatica. The taxa obtained from the study were generally cosmopolitan or ones which occur cold and temperate climates.en_US
