Abstract
Toplumsal meselelere çözüm bulmak amacıyla tarihe yönelen Kemal Tahir, tarihsel bir çerçevede kaleme aldığı romanları ile her çağda ses getiren önemli bir şahsiyettir. Toplumsal problemlere Marksist bir yöntemle yaklaşan Kemal Tahir, Türk toplum yapısının Batı’dan farklı olduğuna inanmış ve Batılı kalıplara bağlı kalmamıştır. Kemal Tahir, Türk toplumunu tarihî süreç içerisinde ele alarak bugünü aydınlatmaya çalışır. Derin tarih araştırmaları yaparak kaleme aldığı tarihî romanlarında toplumun her kesimini ilgilendiren çeşitli sosyal olaylara yer verir. Kemal Tahir, romanlarında Türk milletinin kültürel değerlerini, inançlarını, sosyal problemlerini ele alır. Hayatı boyunca Türk toplum gerçekliğini açıklama çabası içinde olmuş ve romanlarında Türk milletini derinden sarsan olayları gün yüzüne çıkarmıştır. Kemal Tahir, fikir ve görüşleri ile Türk fikir dünyasında önemli bir yere sahiptir.
For the purpose of finding solutions to social issues, Kemal Tahir is an important person who brings voice in every age with in novels, which he has been writing in a historical framework.
