Abstract
Bu tez temel olarak feminizmin teorik açıdan tarihsel sürecini ve Türkiye üzerindeki yansımalarını ele almıştır. Feminizmi incelerken tarihsel ve toplumsal veriler üzerinde durulmuştur. Bu tez kapsamında birinci bölümde feminizmin tarihsel süreci içerisinde birinci, ikinci, üçüncü dalga hareketleri ele alınmıştır. İkinci bölümde feminizm türleri olan Liberal, Marksist, Sosyalist, Radikal feminizmden ve karakteristik özelliklerinden bahsedilmiştir. Üçüncü bölüm de ise Türkiye'de feminizmin yansımaları incelenmiştir. Ayrıca üçüncü bölüm de Türkiye'de kadınların hak ve özgürlüklerinin, statülerinin yükselişi irdelenmiştir. Bu çalışmada amaç bir dünya görüşü olan feminist teoriyi tanımak, anlamak ve Türkiye'de feminizmin etkilerini değerlendirebilmektir.
The thesis mainly handles the historical process of feminism as theoretically and the effects of it on Turkey. It is emphasized the historical and social information while examining the feminism. In the first part of the thesis it has been mentioned about the first, second and third movements during the historical process of feminism. In the second part it has been told about Liberal, Marxist, Socialist and radical feminism and their characteristics qualities. In the third part it has been studied the reflections of feminism on Turkey. In this section it has been scrutinized the women's rights and freedom also rising status of them in Turkey. The purpose of this study is examining and understanding the feminist theory as a world view and evaluating the effects of feminism on Turkey.
