Özet
In virtue of the axiomatic structure of a recently introduced Material Invariant Electromagnetic Field Theory, we introduce the general formulation of a scattering problem for arbitrarily moving material media and provide the solution for the canonical case of TM plane wave scattering by a dielectric half-space in uniform rectilinear motion. © 2011 IEEE.
