Abstract
Türk Müziği başlangıcında bu yana Batı müziğinden farklı bir ses sistemi içinde kendine has makam ve usul yapısı geliştirmiştir. Kendine özgü yapısı ve üslubuyla Batı kültürünü de etkileyen bu müzik tabiki zamanla Batı Müziğinden de etkilenmiştir. Çağdaş Türk müziği se kendine has karakterini bozmadan Batı müziğinin istediği özelliklerini kullanarak eserler vermiştir. Bu araştırmada İstemihan Taviloğlu' nun hayatı, müziği, Türk Müziğindeki önemi, klarnet için yazdığı konçertonun form açısından anlaşılabilmesi ve icra bakımından doğru algılanabilmesi için yapılabilecekler incelenmiştir. Since the beginning, Turkish Music has developed in a genuine theoritic base and scale system which was entirely different than that of Western Music. This music, being influentional on Western art with its unique style has also been effected by Wester Music in turn. Contemporary Turkish Music has yielded its products concerned with the demands of the Western style, but without spoiling its characteristic elements. In this research, İstemihan Taviloğlu's music and his importance in Turkish Music have been observed, some suggestions have been put formard in order to accomplish the right perception of the musical form of his clarinet concerto, and for understanding the right interpretation while performing.
