    This article investigates the life and worksof Tului who is one of seventeenth century poets. It especially focuses on hiswork named Rakhshiya which is registered under the title of “Kasâid-i Nafaî andTulû‘î and Âli” in Turkish manuscript part of Istanbul Köprülü Library. Its registrationnumber is 362/35. The work is comprised of 138 verses which authored in qasidahand the aruz prosody form as failatun / failatun / failatun / failun. Theauthor who used long Arabic and Persian phrases in his work Rakhshiya has beeninfluenced by one of seventeenth century movement named Sebk-i Hindi. The poetin his work Rakhshiya which it can be understood from its name eulogized thehorses of Murad IV. Here it is presented the transcription text of Rakhshiya tothe researchers.
