    Raman ve X-Ray flüoresans spektroskopilerin fizik ve arkeoloji uygulamaları

    In this thesis, different materials such as Propanol, P-Xylene, GaS, GaSe, GeSe were studied. Theoretical calculations of Raman spectra of Propanol and P-Xylene were made using Gauss View and Gaussian programs. Experimental and theoretical calculations are compared. The unit cell parameters and Raman spectra of GaS and GaSe were calculated. The calculations were compared with the previous data and consistent results were obtained. The effects of excitation intensity and electric field on the photoluminescence spectra of GaSe crystals were investigated. Surface phonon spectra and phonon state density of GeSe layered thin films were calculated. It was found from the Raman and X-Ray Fluorescence (XRF) measurements that the remains from the İzmir Ulucak archaeological excavations contain quartz, calcite, hematite, aluminum, iron and silicon.
