Öğe Additional Notes on Chelonus Panzer, 1806 Fauna of Turkey with New Records (Hymenoptera, Braconidae, Cheloninae)(Gazi Entomological Research Soc, 2011) Aydogdu, Mitat; Beyarslan, AhmetNew faunistic and distributional data are presented on Chelonus Panzer, 1806 (Hymenoptera: Braconidae: Cheloninae) of Turkey. Thirteen Chelonus species were identified, and five of them are new records for the Turkish fauna: Chelonus (Chelonus) bimaculatus Szepligeti, 1896; C. (C.) capsa Tobias, 1972; C. (C.) lissogaster Tobias, 1972; C. (C.) submuticus Wesmael, 1835 and C. (C.) wesmaelii Curtis, 1837. Nevertheless the other eight species are new records for East Black Sea Region.Öğe The Agathidinae (Hymenoptera: Braconidae) faunası(2001) Beyarslan, Ahmet; Erdoğan, Özlem ÇetinThis study was carried out to determine the species of the subfamily Agathidinae (Hymenoptera: Braconidae) in the Marmara region of Turkey. Samples were collected from 47 localities between 1985 and 1997. A total of 16 species were determined. The results revealed that Agathis fulmeki Fischer and Bassus linguarius (Nees von Esenbeck) are new records for the Turkish fauna. Agathis malvacearum Latreille, A. lugubris (Foerster, 1862) and Baeognatha armeniaca Telenga are new records for the Marmara region. A. syngenesiae Nees von Esenbeck, A. umbellatarum Nees von Esenbeck, A. nigra Nees von Esenbeck, A. breviseta Nees von Esenbeck, A. assimilis Kokujev, A. rufipalpis Nees von Esenbeck, A. fuscipennis (Zetterstedt), A. melpomene Nixon, A. anglica Marshall, Bassus tumidulus (Nees von Esenbeck), and Disophrys caesa (Klug) were already known in the Marmara region. A. syngenesiae Nees von Esenbeck, A. umbellatarum Nees von Esenbeck, and A. anglica Marshall are common species in the Palearctic region.Öğe Batı Karadeniz Bölgesi' nin Braconidae, Ichneumonidae ve Proctotrupoidea (Hymenoptera) faunası üzerine taksonomik araştırmalar(2003) Beyarslan, Ahmet; İnanç, Filiz; Yurtcan, Murat; Çetin, Özlem; Aydoğdu, MithatTürkiye'nin Batı Karadeniz Bölgesinin Braconidae, Ichneumonidae ve Proctotrupoidea faunasını saptamak amacıyla 2000-2003 yılları arasında bölgenin değişik kesimlerinde materyal toplanmış ve taksonomik kurallara uygun olarak hazırlanmıştır. İlgili kaynaklardan ve karşılaştırma materyalinden yararlanarak materyal teşhis edilmiştir. Braconidae familyasına ait 45'i Türkiye faunası için ve tümü Batı Karadeniz Bölgesi faunası için yeni olmak üzere toplam 114 tür saptanmıştır. Ichneumonidae'dan 18'i Türkiye ve tümü bölge faunası için yeni olmak üzere toplam 55 tür saptanmıştır. Proctotrupoidea'ye ait bölge faunası için yeni kayıt niteliğinde olan 4 tür saptanmıştır. Bu sonuçlar, gruplar halinde hazırlanarak yayınlanacaktır.Öğe Bracon (Glabrobracon) jenoi sp n. Bracon (Lucobracon) iskilipus sp. n. was described, its morphological diagnostic characters were illustrated and it was compared with the related Bracon (Lucobracon) moczari Papp.Öğe The Braconidae (Hymenoptera-Apocrita) of Gala Lake National Park and the surrounding area(Tubitak Scientific & Technological Research Council Turkey, 2019) Atay, Cumhur; Cetin Erdogan, Ozlem; Beyarslan, AhmetThis study was performed in order to determine the Braconidae fauna of meadows and forest areas around Gala Lake National Park. Samples were collected from June to October 2011 in selected pasture, forest, and rice agricultural areas. As a result of the study, a total of 38 taxa species belonging to 12 genera within 5 subfamilies were identified. Among the species identified, four species [Eubazus (Brachistes) gigas, Triaspis thoracica, Pseudovipio deserti, Opius (Opius) trucantulus] were recorded for the first time in Turkey and four species [Bracon (Bracon) kozak, Pseudovipio inscriptor, Opius (Opius) quasipulvis, Aleiodes (Neorhogas) ductor] were recorded for the first time in the Thrace region.Öğe The Braconinae (Hymenoptera: Braconidae) of Turkey, with new locality records and descriptions of two new species of Bracon Fabricius, 1804(Magnolia Press, 2012) Beyarslan, Ahmet; Cetin Erdogan, OzlemTwo new species, namely Bracon (Bracon) bachtiae Beyarslan sp. n. and Bracon (Glabrobracon) dersimensis Beyarslan sp. n. (Braconinae) collected from Kastamonu and Tunceli provinces of Turkey, are described and compared with related species. Records of 60 Braconinae species collected in different parts of Turkey, especially from the Central and Eastern Anatolia regions between the years 1980 and 2009, are listed. Thirty-two species are reported as new to Turkey, and new distributional data is added for almost all species.Öğe Checklist of Turkish Helconinae with a new species (Hymenoptera, Braconidae)(Tubitak Scientific & Technological Research Council Turkey, 2014) Beyarslan, Ahmet; Coban, ErhanThe Helconinae (Hymenoptera: Braconidae) species recorded from Turkey as of the end of 2012 are listed. The total number of species was determined as 10. Changes in comparison to the previous Turkish fauna are briefly annotated and the distributions for all species in each of the 68 biogeographical provinces are presented. After the publication of our previous fauna, 8 species belonging 2 genera have been recorded as new to Turkey. Subsequent studies reported 10 Diospilini species for the fauna, among which 7 species are distributed only in Asian Turkey and 3 species are distributed in both Asian and European Turkey. The presented checklist covers synonyms, zoogeographical region(s), hosts, host plants of host species, and parasitoid data for the species. Seven of these species are new to Turkey.Öğe The distribution of Euphorinae wasps (Hymenoptera: Braconidae) in Turkey, with phytogeographical notes(Tubitak Scientific & Technological Research Council Turkey, 2010) Yilmaz, Tuelin; Aydogdu, Mitat; Beyarslan, AhmetSixty-three species belonging to 16 genera and 8 tribes collected from different ecosystems of turkey between 1979 and 2007 were examined. Insects from 4 genera, Streblocera Westwood, Chrysopophthorus Goidanich, Elasmosoma Rutile, and Marshiella Shaw, and the tribe Neoneurini Bengtsson were recorded for the first time in Turkey. Twenty-two species that had not previously been found in Turkey were observed in this study. Each of the 8 phytogeographical provinces in Turkey has a different Euphorinae faunal composition.
