In this respect, the capacity of the state also provides an important study in order to evaluate the staus quo. The problems that arise in the internal policies of states with capacity problems become foreign policy problems over time. From this perspective, it is clear that the Syrian problem, which has been going on since 2011, is a state capacity problem. Syria's troubled domestic politics since independence have led to an emerging realization of this situation and has become a propbe areas resulting primarily affecting the environment, including Turkey.
